Alexia (she/her) has extensive experience of working with the businesses of all sizes in Scotland, the UK, South Africa and most recently in Jersey, Channel Islands.

 

In her role as Chief Operating Officer at Jersey Business, Jersey’s business support agency, Alexia was responsible for all the functions that underpin the operation of the organisation. She developed the strategy for growth that saw the business develop, manage and deliver programmes that increased leadership skills and accelerated business efficiency and growth across the business community in Jersey. At the same time, she shaped the culture and values that supported Jersey Business’s growing team, enabling them to thrive.
 

Alexia believes that businesses that have stakeholder impact at the heart of their culture and operations can be a force for good for their people, community and environment, making these organisations more sustainable, resilient and effective in the long term.
