Jenny (she/her) is Network Lead at WEAll Scotland, where she works to grow and strengthen our membership network, connect people and organisations, and foster collaboration across Scotland’s wellbeing economy movement.

With over 20 years’ experience across Scotland’s third sector, Jenny is passionate about creating positive, transformative and lasting change. She brings extensive expertise in partnership development, programme management, facilitation, coaching and training, supporting diverse groups to build relationships, share learning and turn ideas into action.

Before joining WEAll Scotland, Jenny held senior roles at Impact Arts and The Lens, where she led programmes that supported people and communities to exercise greater agency in shaping creative, innovative solutions to the social challenges affecting their lives.

Throughout her career, she has been driven by a belief in the power of collaboration and participation to create meaningful systems change. Seeing the growing wellbeing economy movement in action gives Jenny hope future generations.

Jenny lives on the Ayrshire coast with her husband, daughter and Bobby the dog.
