Jenny (she/her) supports the WEAll Scotland team behind the scenes, helping to ensure things run smoothly and effectively.

With over 15 years of experience across Scotland’s Third Sector, Jenny is deeply committed to creating positive, transformative, and lasting change in society. She brings a wealth of expertise in coordination, management, facilitation, coaching, and training.

 

Before joining WEAll Scotland, Jenny was Lead Developer and Programme Manager at The Lens, a social enterprise that empowered those closest to social challenges to design and deliver innovative solutions. She is passionate about nurturing people, ideas, and systems that drive meaningful impact.

Seeing the growing WEAll movement in action gives her hope for a better future for her young daughter and the next generation.
